When you fill out the callback form on this site, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, preferred language, and the type of loan you are interested in. We also record whether you checked the box agreeing to receive emails and text messages.
The affordability calculator on this site runs in your browser. The numbers you enter into it are not sent to us or stored.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically receive technical information such as your IP address and browser type when your browser loads the page.
How we use your information
- To contact you about your mortgage inquiry and answer your questions.
- To contact you by phone or email about your inquiry, and to send text messages or marketing messages only if you chose those options on the form.

Who we share it with
We share your information with NEXA Mortgage, LLC dba NEXA Lending, the company I am licensed through, and with service providers that help operate this website and process form submissions. We do not sell your personal information.
Loan applications
If you click Apply Now, you are taken to a secure application site operated by NEXA Lending. Information you submit there is collected and protected under NEXA Lending's own privacy notice, which applies to loan applications. Please read it before you apply.
Your choices

- You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, by contacting us below. California residents have additional rights under California privacy law, and we will honor valid requests as the law requires.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or method of transmission is completely secure. We keep contact information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
